- 20 ml lime juice
- 20 ml Cointreau
- 40-50 ml tequila
- Add ice in shaker and shake for 10-20s
- Rim the glass with salt
- pour into glass

- 45 ml Tequila
- 20 ml Cointreau
- 30 ml lime
- 5-6 Strawberries
- if strawberries are frozen microwave them for 1 min
- add crashed ice into mixer (~6-8 small cubes)
- in case of cubed ice, make it crashed
- add all ingredients in mixer and mix
Mojito

- 60ml White rum
- 0.5 of lime
- 1tbs sugar (ideally demerara)
- 8-12 fresh mint leaves
- Sparkling/soda water
- Smack mint leaves with hand
- Drop mint leaves into a glass
- Drop sugar into a glass
- Stir sugar and mint with the spoon (do not mash mint), including lifting up the mint and sugar - Time: 1 min
- Cut lime into quarters (use only 1/2 of lime)
- Drop lime into a glass
- Use muddler to press down the lime (not to hard as we don’t want to mash mint) - push 3-4 times
- Add rum
- Stir everything for 5-10 sec
- Add ice
- Add soda water
- Garnish drink with some more mint (don’t forget to smack it in hand)

- 60 grams fresh pineapple (if there is non add extra 60 ml juice)
- 60-80 ml rum (Malibu or pineapple rum) or normal rum (white/gold/spiced) 80-100 ml for stronger version
- 30-40 ml coconut milk
- 180 ml pineapple juice
- Put all ingredients into mixer
- Add ice and blend until it is slushy looking
Paloma Cocktail

- 7.5 ml Agave nectar (optional)
- 7.5 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 60 ml Tequila (Reposado preferably)
- 60 ml grapefruit juice
- put all ingredients into shaker
- add ice and shake
- strain into a chilled rocks glass
- top it off with soda water
- Optional: sprinkle a little salt on top of the drink (possible to do instead the salty rim of the glass)
Oleg's Special
Hurricane
Ingredients:
- 7.5 ml Grenadine
- 7.5 ml Lime juice
- 40-50 ml Orange juice
- 80-100 ml Passionfruit juice
- 40-60 ml White rum
- 40-60 ml Aged rum (gold would also work, but not super dark rum)
- add all ingredients into a shaker
- shake for 10 sec
- open pour into a glass
- if necessary add ice into a glass

- 90-105 ml - Coffee
- Heat a glass with hot water
- Put sirup and whisky into the glass
- Top it off with coffee but keep some space on top
- In shaking tin, put some cream (heavy), shake for 10 sec
- Use back of the bar spoon to put the cream on top

- 30 ml Creme de Cacao (or with Baileys) [+30 ml if vodka not added]
- 30 ml Creme de Menthe
- 20ml Double Creme
- Chill the glass before preparing the drink
- Mix all ingredients in the shaker and shake
- Top it off with cacao powder and mint
